This test contains 193 Criminal Law and Procedure questions that appeared on past MBE exams administered by the NCBE. Approximately half of the Criminal Law and Procedure questions on the MBE will be based on Constitutional protection of accused persons, and approximately half will be based on the remaining categories -- Homicide, Other crimes, Inchoate crimes; parties, and General principles.
