Only offered once a year in July. the Delaware Bar Exam is a 2 ½ day exam. Day 1 consists of 8 essay exam questions (45 minutes each): four in the AM, and four in the PM. Day 2 has two 90-minute Multistate Performance Test (MPT) questions. Day 3 is the Multistate Bar Exam (MBE), a 200-question, multiple-choice exam, where 100 questions are administered in the morning, and 100 -- in the afternoon.
Agency, Corporations, Criminal Law (including Delaware Criminal Code), Equity, Partnerships, Procedure (State & Federal), Trusts, UCC, Wills, Contracts, Criminal Law and Procedure, Constitutional Law, Evidence, Real Property, and Torts.
A scaled score of 85 on the MPRE is required for admission.

MBE and written scores are scaled and weighted 40% and 60%, respectively, then combined to determine if the applicant has achieved the minimum passing score of 145 points out of a possible 200 points.
In Delaware, you are also required to complete a clerkship of five months (under the supervision of a qualified DE attorney) for admission.
Delaware does not accept MBE scores from other jurisdictions.
Delaware does not provide for admission on motion; examination is required of all applicants.
