What is Fed.R.Civ.P. 60?

This rule gives a party against whom a judgment has been entered a chance to ask the court for relief from the judgment due to such things as mistake, fraud, newly discovered evidence, debt paid, or other reason that justifies relief. See Fed.R.Civ.P. 60.
