What is Involuntary Manslaughter?

Refers to an unintentional homicide from criminally negligent or reckless conduct. It can also refer to an unintentional killing while performing a misdemeanor. Involuntary manslaughter can be close to murder in some jurisdictions if it is done with extreme recklessness which may be second degree murder.
