What is Law Partnership?

A lawyer who has managerial authority in a law firms shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that measures are in place to give assurance that all lawyers in the firm act in conformance with the Rules of Professional Conduct. A lawyer may be responsible for another lawyers violation of the rules if the lawyer knows about and ratifies the conduct or if reasonably should have known and took no action. Rule 5.1
