What is Prosecutor's Duty to Disclose?

The prosecutor must timely disclose to the defense all evidence or information known to the prosecutor that exculpates the accused, and, in connection with sentencing, the prosecutor must disclose all unprivileged mitigating information except when the court orders otherwise. Rule 3.8(d)
