What is Specific Prior Conduct?

Rule 404 of the Federal Rules of Evidence sets forth the rules on the use of character evidence and the admissibility of crimes or other acts evidence. Character evidence is not admissible to prove that on a particular occasion the person acted in accordance with the character or trait. Some exceptions are provided for in the rule.
