How is the exam scored?

MBE and written scores are scaled and weighted at 40% and 60% (the two MPT tasks make up 10% of the total score and the eight Delaware essay questions make up 50% of the total score), then combined to determine if the applicant has achieved the minimum passing score of 143 points.

In Delaware, you are also required to complete a clerkship of at least 12 weeks (under the supervision of a qualified DE attorney) for admission.

Can I transfer my MBE scores from another jurisdiction?
