Business Organizations, Civil Procedure, Constitutional Law, Contracts, Creditor’s Rights, Criminal Law, Criminal Law and Procedure, Domestic Relations, Evidence, Federal Practice and Procedure, Local Government Law, Professional Responsibility, Real and Personal Property, Real Property, Torts, Uniform Commercial Code (Articles 2, 3A & 9A), Virginia Civil and Criminal Procedure (including appellate practice), Wills, Trusts and Estates.

Virginia requires an MPRE scaled score of 85 or higher which may be achieved at any time before taking the bar exam or prior to the expiration of a passing Virginia bar exam score. MBE (weighted 40%) and Virginia Essay exam (weighted 60%) scores are scaled and combined to determine if a passing score of 140 was achieved.
